Global Church Harassment-Free Policy
At Global Church, we are committed to maintaining a Christ-centered, respectful, and safe environment for all members, leaders, staff, volunteers, and visitors. Every person has the right to participate in ministry activities free from any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abuse.
Policy Statement
Harassment in any form—whether verbal, physical, emotional, sexual, or digital—is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Offensive jokes, slurs, or comments
- Unwanted physical contact
- Inappropriate texts, emails, or social media messages
- Threatening or demeaning behavior
- Sexual advances, innuendos, or gestures
- Bullying or intimidation of any kind
Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all individuals associated with Global Church, including but not limited to:
- Staff members
- Volunteers
- Ministry leaders
- Congregants
- Guests and visitors
It applies to all church-related activities, events, services, communications, and outreach—whether held on-site, off-site, or online.
Reporting Harassment
Anyone who experiences or witnesses harassment is strongly encouraged to report the incident immediately to:
- A member of church leadership
- The HR or administrative office (if applicable)
- Apostle Jackson or designated ministry overseer
All reports will be taken seriously, kept as confidential as possible, and addressed promptly with care, prayer, and accountability.
Consequences of Violating This Policy
Individuals found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to:
- Counseling and correction
- Temporary or permanent removal from ministry roles
- Suspension or termination of membership privileges
- Legal action, if warranted
We believe in truth, justice, forgiveness, and restoration. However, Global Church will not tolerate any actions that compromise the safety, dignity, or well-being of its members.
